For September’s project of the month Rockmans Creative Media showcases a high-end Real Estate Video Tour.
As you can see by the above image we used our large scale camera crane to capture the exterior features.
RCM love bringing out our big toys and the camera crane is our favourite. It creates views that are rarely seen as the height of the crane reaches 9 meters. It also delivers free flowing movement in every direction.
The internal vision was captured using dolly tracks which reveal parts of the property as the camera moves along the track.
The editing process for real estate videos is quite simple.
There are no interviews, hostings or voice over’s to deal with… just vision. It is because of this that high end real estate videos can be created for a relative small budget.
